A request starts a conversation

Submitting the form asks Gutter Cleaning Services to contact you about service. It does not confirm a booking, availability or a price. We confirm coverage, the scope, access, cost and timing with you before arranging work.

Cleaning scope

The agreed cleaning covers accessible gutters and downspouts, a flow check, collection of removed debris and a photo report. We discuss access limitations, gutter guards and any work outside that scope before proceeding. Repairs, installation, underground drain clearing and gutter guard sales are not included.

Changes to the work

Any proposed additional work or change in price must be discussed and approved before that work proceeds. A cleaning may reveal damage or drainage problems it cannot resolve. We explain visible concerns and do not represent cleaning as a repair.

Access and weather

We agree arrangements for gates, pets, vehicles and water access before the visit. Unsafe access, lightning, heavy rain or other unsuitable conditions may require rescheduling. We contact you to discuss a new time.

Service coordination

Gutter Cleaning Services coordinates the work, remains responsible for the agreed service and is your point of contact, including when an assigned service partner carries it out. Payment terms and any job-specific conditions are stated with the agreed quote.
