Yes. Cleaning includes checking and clearing accessible downspouts and checking water flow. Underground drains and damaged pipes are outside the cleaning scope. We explain any access limits before agreeing the work.

Tell us if your gutters have guards, even if you are unsure of the type. Access and any removal or refitting needed are discussed before we quote. Not every guard system can be handled as a standard cleaning.

We discuss this when arranging the visit. If safe access, a water connection and any gate or pet arrangements are agreed in advance, you may not need to be there.

Please tell us whether an outdoor water tap is available. We confirm access and the plan for checking flow before the visit.

It depends on tree cover, how quickly debris collects and how your gutters perform in rain. Look for visible buildup or overflow from the ground. We can discuss a suitable interval after seeing the condition of your gutters.

Lightning, heavy rain or unsafe roof and ladder conditions may mean rescheduling. We contact you to agree a new time; a quote request does not reserve a guaranteed date.

We photograph visible concerns and explain what we found. Cleaning can remove a blockage, but it cannot fix a broken joint, damaged gutter or incorrect slope. Repairs and installation are not included in this service.
