Locate the visible symptom

Water overflowing near the outlet, a downspout that appears to discharge little water or an overflowing gutter can suggest a restriction. These signs do not prove where the problem is. Describe what you saw, from the ground, and which part of the house is affected.

A gutter clog and a drain problem are different

Debris may collect in the gutter outlet or an accessible downspout. A pipe connected to an underground drain introduces another part of the system. Gutter Cleaning Services’s cleaning covers accessible gutters and downspouts; it does not include clearing underground drains.

Check the result, not just the removed leaves

A flow check helps establish whether the cleaned accessible system drains. The team documents the agreed work and any visible concerns. A damaged pipe, disconnected joint or poor outlet arrangement may still need separate attention after debris is removed.

Share access details

Tell us about guards, stories, gates and an outdoor water tap. These affect the plan for reaching and checking the system safely. Weather and access are agreed before the visit, and additional work needs your approval.
